 The first thing you have to do is decide on what kind of tourism you wish to promote for your country. 1. do want to promote your natural resources? Beaches, woods, mountains, volcanoes.... 2. do you want your country to become a headquarters for business travel... so you would promote it as place to have conferences & trade fairs... 3. do you want to promote your country's history - historical buildings, palaces, places of worship... Once you figure out what you want to be.... you need to figure out if there is a market for you. If there isn't then you need to try a new / different approach. Sorry I haven't answered your question - but you need to answer the above before anyone can begin to help....
