How do you think Serbia should pay for genocide it committed in Kosovo?

In 1998 and 1999 Serbia using military, police and other resources killed about 10000 civilian Kosovars.
To hide the evidence they transported corpses into Serbia. They still have not returned them to families and friends.
Most of the political parties in Serbia think Milosevic did the right thing and they would continue his mission.

Serbia should give free happy meal coupons to McDonalds to everyone in Kosovo.
