 How can I start a tourism company?
Specifically, I understand that tourism is booming in NYC and I would like to offer excursions from NYC area to Philadelphia (My hometown). I figure I could drive an 8 or 10 person van up to North Jersey (maybe Newark Airport?), pick up visitors, drive them down to Philly, show them Independance Mall, Olde City, University City, Fairmont Park, Pat's Steaks, The Battleship USS New Jersey, maybe some outlet shopping, then drive them back up to North Jersey. How do I set up this kind of the business, How can I find customers?, what are some downfalls?, etc
