 Has anyone used Old City Tourism/Old City Hotels/OTS? I see there has been another post on here about this company. I am waiting for a refund on a hotel which Old City Tourism told me was fully booked, however, they took the money anyway and 2 weeks later have still not refunded me. I have emailed and phoned them without avail. Anyone else in the same boat????
