Kryesore Does being denied B1/B2 tourism visa affect our rights to travel to USA on UK visa...
...waiver programme? Having been recently denied B1/B2 visas on grounds of insufficient evidence of permanent residence in UK my wife and I now find that it is not easily possible to use the Visa Waiver programme. On the Green Visa Waiver form I-94 one question is 'Have you ever been denied a US Visa?' If the answer is 'Yes' then the US Embassy must be contacted before arranging travel. It therefore seems to be a very risky thing to do to apply for even a simple B1/B2 visa since it makes future travel - even on vacation - much more difficult!

Does anyone else have experience of how to solve this problem?
