Russianblue20, there is no part of Greece which is called Macedonia from ancient days until today... That part had been taken by Greece almost 100 years ago, and before that it was part of MACEDONIA. Pirin Macedonia also! Don't listen the Greek version of History.

There are two different stories, ancient and present... There is part of Greece which is called Macedonia from ancient days until today... There is another Macedonia-Republic of Macedonia, which totally different country, more than ten years it is independent country, earlier it was part of Yugoslavia...

Very difficult to follow the language. Sorry if I don't understand. There is a Republic of Macedonia recognized by the UN. There is an area of Macedonia that encompasses geography inside Greece and Bulgaria.

I do not understand the question, But I do know that Greece doesn't like the country calling itself macedonia since that is a region in Greece
