 No. Only peace, education and economic diversification will develop Nepal long term. Tourism can help bring dollars but it never helps a country grow and be prosperous. I' ve been to Nepal and loved it. I suggest it be marketed as an antidote to India. Friendly, warm, quiet, beautiful.
