Beware!!!! Old City Hotels (Old City Tourism)?

I only asked reservation request with Old City Tourismthat.
However, the answer that it was not possible to reserve .
But, the hotel charge was taken.
After 30 days or more. Still, money is not returned.

Put it all in writing to the management. Demand a refund by 14 day headline. If no joy take them to small claims court at your local County Court. You can do this on line.

Their terms and conditions (first link) suggest that they only take money if you print the voucher and that you can cancel with no charge up to 3 days in advance.

They do appear to be a bit dodgy however as they have an ordinary UK telephone number at 0203 291 2287 but they also list an alleged "free" number UK at 0870 385 0378 - this is a high premium rated number!!

Even if you are not a UK citizen you can report them to the Office of Fair Trading if they don't adhere to their terms and conditions - the OFT ConsumerDirect page is the second link and they have good advice about how to complain
