| I do not have MS Office so I do not know if that would work. I need to be able to use various non standard characters such as pi, square root, and other mathematical characters but not in a standard line as in paragraph form. Any ideas?

| If you are running windows xp you can click on the start->all programs->accessories->system tools->character map it will show you all the characters your computer knows Including pi, square root, Greek alphabet, etc. From there you can just copy and paste to notepad or something to make your own personal study guide. Hope this helps
