Environmentally, there are only disadvantages, sweetie. Lots of beaches thrive without human intervention. You can think of the disadvantages yourself. It's easier.

I'll help you with the advantages, though. They would benefit the community and local government in terms of revenues, cultural encounters, local crafts and produce have wider market. It helps an area to be recognized and be put on the map so to speak.

Others would say that such endeavors also increases the local crime rate, cultural corruption (especially in rural areas where exposure to foreign culture is limited), prostitution and other socio-cultural ills.

It helps to read books and other references so if you encounter questions such as this which is not in your textbooks, you have ideas already.
