 Why are my homemade pizza pies hard? I use a pizza stone and the highest temperature allowed, but the bottoms of the pies come out hard, not soft and pliable.

| Try taking out the pizza sooner, and lowering the temp a little. BTW what is the highest temperature allowed? And who sets the standard? If you go over will the pizza police take your pie away? On the third offense they take away your pizza stone, so be careful
