When your really hung over how do you make yourself stop puking?

I have a really bad hangover, and I've been puking since about 3am. how do i make it stop?

Sprite or Squirt soda helps. Drink very small amounts and try and rest. Sleeping makes the hangover pass quicker. Gosh, I feel for you right now! Feel better!

Your body is seriously dehydrated so try to drink lots of water. And see if you can keep a piece of bread down. Saltines, rice, pasta, bread, all that stuff soaks liquor up. i always imagines pasta growing twice its size like your cooking it in your gut !!! Also make sure you take a multi vitamin pill cuz your body has absolutely none right now!! Then a nap always helps.If you cant stop puking your have alcohol poisoning and you should see a doctor. Or just tough it out LOL

Try a piece of bread or some plain crackers with a few sips of 7up and see if that helps dilute the crap in your stomach and settle it down. But by far the best bet - don't over indulge next time!

theres not much u can do - just let it run its course - drinking anything will jsut come back up and the same goes for eating. If you can, just stay in bed all day and sleep it off!

Once you've started you won't stop till your body senses that all the poison, in this case alcohol(yes it's a poison), is out of your system. But if you catch the nausia early sometimes bitters and soda water or a warm lemon/lime soda wil help settle your stomach
