 When you boil water for 5-10 mins. does it becomes 100% germ-free? I wonder if tap water is completely germ/bacteria-free when you boil it for 5-10mins, making it the cleanest and safest water to drink. Likewise, when you freeze tap water, does it becomes germ-free also?
