| It is a pitfall we all fall into, just making what we already know is easy and tastes good. I think even sticking to the ingred. we are familiar with and mixing it up a bit is good. Like spaghetti. Try a simple sauce in stead of what ever you usually use. A little olive oil with fresh crushed garlic and a few pepper flakes, break in some tomatoes with you hands (whole canned if you like) some olives and capers if you like (i do) a squeeze of lemon and maybe a few shrimp, what ever you like. Toss your cooked pasta in to the sauce pan, plate and serve. Crusty bread with roasted peppers and put some imagination in to an italian salad. Mexican, tacos, make a mex. lasagna by layering and baking. Tuna casserole add cheese and pimentos. Have a Big Breakfast for dinner. Try taking what is in you pantry and just fixing it a different way. Good luck, think outside the box. Have Fun!

| Mine is cornbread. Mix 1 cup 1/2 of self-rising flour, 1 cup of white self-rising cornmeal, butter milk, 1 egg, bacon grease and bits of smoked bacon, little water. Put in greased cast-iron pan, bake until golden brown. You have some of the best corn bread you can eat.
