The absolute best thing to do with leftover meatloaf is to make a sandwich. I prefer mine simple, just sliced meat loaf on white breadk with some ketchup, but you can always add your favorite toppings.

You could probably use it in chili....or you could chop it up and add some more tomato sauce and chili powder and use it for sloppy joes.

Meatloaf Parmesan: - It's AWESOME!!1. Slice the meatloaf and put in a casserole dish.2. pour tomato sauce, pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce over the sliced meatloaf.3. top that off with parm cheese or mozzarella cheese.4. Warm it up in the oven at 350 and bake until the cheese is golden brown.5. Enjoy

you could make spaghetti cold meatloaf sandwiches are good fried potatoes onoins,bell pepper,add the meatloaf, cheese and boy do yoy have a inexspencive yummy meal

Meatloaf parmigiana! Works every time for me.You can make it Italian style with mozzarella and tomato sauce, or southwestern with a mix of tomato puree, salsa and top it with cheddar and Monterrey jack cheese.Bake it in the oven until the sauce is bubbling & the meatloaf is warmed through, then top it with the cheese, then let it cook until the cheese is melted & bubbling.
