What are some good dieting foods you guys make from a trip to the grocery?

I usually just buy a ton of tuna cans from the store for 39cents each, with a 1 dollar loaf of bread, im set for dinner for a long time. i also eat tons of cereal now as well.

what other things do u guys make with a trip to the grocery store...

something that a poor lazy college student such as myself can make easily and affordably

Try purchasing some fresh fruits...I know, it's sort of tough when you're in college, kids order pizza nearly EVERY night! You could also try eating oatmeal, in the morning, which is very healthy...And drink fruit juice that is rich in vitamin C...Stay away from the beer too! That's hard to say when your in college, but alcohol will sabotage your dieting efforts.
