What you listed is what the Chinese call chicken nuggets with sauce poured on them. You can try Jade beef, Lemon chicken, sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, honey chicken as well as any of the words before "chicken" substituted with beef, pork or shimp. i.e. General Tso's beef, sweet and sour pork, honey shrimp. Try reading the menu at your local chinese restaurant. Anything described as crispy or fried is usually served in some kind of sweet sauce.
