| I have a second hand coffee machine that also grinds whole beans, but I don't know how much of the whole beans to put in the machine to equal what I would use ground. I cannot find any information at the manufacturers website/user manual.Any ideas?

| It depends on several things; the type of grinder, how fine you grind the coffee, and the type of coffee beans you are using. About a half cup of fresh roasted coffee beans will make about four 12 cup pots of coffee when the coffee is ground to a medium fine, and you use 1 teaspoon of coffee ground per cup of coffee. The best thing for you to do is to measure how many beans you are adding to the ‘hopper’ of the grinder and measure the amount of grinds that come out of the other end, or how long the beans last in your hopper.
