High protein foods such as almonds, lean meats and beans are good for diabetics and eating many small meals instead of a few large meals daily is better too.

anything with low sugar, and good vitamins and great protein..

Easy on sugar and other carbs. Think proteins and lean meats and such. Potatoes, breads and white rice are the worst.
