tofutti hands down. other brands are vegetarian and use fish oils for taste, with consistency like rubber! seriously gross. Tofutti is the best IMO.

I hate them all. I miss cheese, but have had no luck with vegan cheeses. However, I've never been able to find Tofutti cheese, the kind the first answerer recommended. I have had luck with their other products, ice cream and sour cream, and have found them pretty good. So maybe their cheese is good? But I wouldn't try any other brand. It's just nasty. Even if it melts and looks just like the real thing.Good luck to you though.
