| I'm don't know what you are limiting yourself to....but how about pasta primavera.... it is wonderful and you just don't add chicken or shrimp.it's really easy to cook and you can omit or add almost anything you want that suits you.good luck.

| You can try a dish made with tofu its cheap and easy and healthy. Brown some thinly sliced tofu in a skillet with a little oilthen make a soy sauce gravy with green bell peppers .Add the browned tofu to the gravy and simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes. It reminds you of turkey and gravy.
