 Vegans, what do you eat for breakfast? Besides fruit!!!

| I usually eat some type of Cold cereal along with rice milkand fresh blueberries. I like grape nuts and Nature's pathcereals because they are low sugar, low sodium, low fat,tasty and vegan.

| It depends on how much time I have to fix and eat breakfast. On days where I'm on-the-go, I usually eat a bagel and vegan cream cheese. (if you can't find any, peanut butter works just fine too.) I also eat cereal and soymilk. It doesn't matter what kind of cereal I eat, as long as it doesn't contain any milk products in it. On days when I have more time to cook, I usually will fix soy sausage and either toast with vegan butter or waffles. If none of that stuff seems appealing to me, I'll just eat some leftovers from dinner. ( I like eating pizza or bean burritos for breakfast.)
