Is there other uses for wine when it goes bad?

A moslty full bottle of wine that has gone bad must have more uses than to just pour it down the drain. seems like a waste of recourses...and also, is there any marinades that it would be good for .

Some people use it for cooking purposes when vinegar is called for. Me, I'd just dump it.

Wine exposed to air becomes vinegar. Filter out solids using a cheesecloth or coffee filter and you can, at least, use it to flavor a steak.
