just like America sense Canada is such a big country it has more provincial foods, and cultures, rather then canadian things. As the person before me mentioned a bunch of French canadain (almost exclusivly Quebec) there are foods local to the other provinces. home In Newfoundland we eat Fish and Brewes - (salt fish, with hard bread and scrunchons boiled together) Fish chips dressing and gravy. ( Cod, the only real fish, home cut french fries both deep fried, Bread crumbs, Savory, onions and butter with gravy of course) There are a few Newfoundland, style restarants here in Toronto, though I would doubt there are many in the US.
