| Dr's say you should drink a minimum of 64 ozs of water a day. However is there such a thing as drinking too much water? If so, how much is too much? Thanks

| The minimum you should drink is 64oz per day. To figure out what would be too much, you divide your weight by 2 and that number is your maximum limit. Of course, if that number is less than 64oz then your minimum and maximum would be 64oz per day.

| There's actually new research being done that has concluded that 64 ozs. (8 cups) is actually a bit too much....
