I made cabbage, peppers and ham. Have several cups of delicious leftover broth....

...What can I do with it? Thought about making a soup, but each recipe I've found tells me how to make the broth. Since I already have a delicious broth, I just want something creative to do with the broth. I almost dumped it out, but when I tasted it, I couldn't help but think this could be the beginning of another great dish.
