i get hives when i drink...?

i get blotchy red when i drink, mostly vodka or wine, it's mainly on my arms, and neck and cheeks, i heard it's because of sulfates in the the alcohol, do you know of a drink that doesn't contain sulfites/sulfur whatever

if you like wines and merlots, you can find them organic now..low in sulfites. i have a bad reaction to vodka, it feels like someone is sitting on my chest,,yikes. good luck. here is a good information page on sulfites.

Please stop drinking because even though you have only gotten hives it could get worse and you could go into anaphylactic shock and stop breathing.
I don't know of alcoholic drinks that don't contain sulfates but you may find them online.
I wish you well and hope you will refrain from drinking so you will be around for a long time.
