| Only turn the steak once during cooking. Constant flipping prevents the outside from being seared.Use the right temperature, cooking it at a too high temp. can cause the outside to char b4 the inside reaches the proper doneness. Salt ur steak after grilling as salt draws out and will prevent steak from browning. Dont use a fork peircing the meat will release the delicious juices. Use long handled tongs or spatulas to move food around the grill. Leave a thin layer pf fat on your steak while grilling to lock in flavorful juices, Trim away fat b4 serving. And as far as porridge, no idea.
