| And what's the best way to clean up honey? It always leaves sticky residue on the counter and is a pain to get off. Help!

| I keep all my honey, corn syrups, molasses in plastic squeeze bottles. You can buy them in most department stores like Walmart. Its very easy, no drips, no caps to unscrew, and if you have different kinds of honey just peel off the labels under warm water and stick them on the squeeze bottles.

| A hot dish cloth, works best. And do it just when you screw the cap back on. Don't give it a chance to run to the bottom of the jar or your counter.

| You could hang it from a string on a hook under your upper cabinet or elswhere---- If your container lends itself to it , and if necessary put a paper towel (folded?) under it, to catch any drips. I use one of those refillable syrup containers with the little slide on top operated with your thumb.. like the ones you see in the pancake resturant chains,.,.It works pretty good! cafejay
