| hey guys wanting to make some meringues but i dont know a good recipe or how to make the inside of them hard instead of soft. ive made them a thousand times and they never had a hard inside can any one give me a good recipe that makes what im trying to make?

| Hope this helps Hard or Swiss meringue A confection or a foundation for fillings of fruits or puddings. Hard meringue is produced by increasing the proportion of sugar to 4 tablespoons of sugar per egg white and beating until stiff peaks form.
