 Creamy pasta dishes? Everytime i go to italian restraunts there is always loads of amazing creamy pasta dishes. But i only know how to make Carbonara and macaroni cheese. Can you all give me some easy creamy pasta dishes, preferably not with too many fancy ingredients. Also how do you make homemade garlic bread without it tasting like raw garlic with butter?

| Tagliatelle with Cream of Mushroom sauce. Finely chop an onion and fry in a pan with some butter, until they are clear. Take some chestnut mushroom and slice them thinly fry them in the pan with the onion. Bring the up the heat and get the pan very hot. Add in a glass of dry white wine and simmer for about 15 minutes. Mean while boil the pasta and add a ladel of the pasta water to the sauce. Add a carton of double cream to the sauce and heat it through, being careful NOT to boil it. Drain the pasta and serve with Garlic bread.
