No, they aren't. Just read the nutritional info on the can and you will find that they all have approx. the same sugars, caffeine, etc. (except 7 up which has zero caffeine and artificial colorings) Mountain Dew isn't clear, it's a weird neon green which I would be more scary than the cola soft drinks I think...but supposedly the colorings are safe for us to ingest. (research the old red M&M scare that happened way back which changed the way we as a nation think about food coloring additives) Also, coke syrup is also used in its undiluted form as an anti nausea remedy and has been for years and years...you can buy it at the drug store.
