| potatoes 3bigonions 2tomatoes 3-skinned and pureedcapsicum 1 pav bhaji masala 1/2 tbs or garam masala+1tsppowdered dhania1/4 tsp chillipowder12 garlic clovesbutter 1 packetbuns 6saltcook potatoes in a cooker .whencooled mash them. keep aside.chop onions finely.chop capsicum, Take 1/2 packet of butter in a pan ,and heat. when melted add chopped onions and cook until transluscent.add chopped garlic and saute a little and now add the chilli powder and saute for 1 minute then add the capsicum , tomato puree and the masala and saute againuntil the capsicum changes colour .Lastly add mashed potato and mix well.Take off from the heat and tava roast the buttered buns and serve the pav bhaji along with chopped onions and lemon pieces.
