 This time of year is great for making a cucumber salad.here's one that I just tried and loved.4 med. sized cucumbers (peeled and sliced) Dressing:2 tablespoons finely chopped onions3/4 cup mayonaise1/4 cup sugar2 tablespoons white vinegar2 teaspoons dried dilled weed1 teaspoon kosher or sea saltmix together dressing ingredients and add to sliced & peeled cucumbers. Cover and chill well.
