 fried chicken wings and thighs, then once done frying, put on buffalo wing sauce:melt butter in a bowl, add hot sauce, and then squeeze a little bit of lemon juice, and mix all together. you can either do it in the microwave or on the stove. make sure the sauce is heated, so it want be cold on the wings.its delicious!!
