Any good recipe for Tomato Dill Soup?

I'm looking for a recipe for Tomato Dill Soup like that served at the Silver Spoon or the American Cafe. It's my favorite tomato soup ever, and the only American Cafe in my area has closed down. A friend used to work there and so I know i'm looking for a recipe that uses sour cream- that's all she could tell me. It's a really creamy soup with a nice strong dill flavor, super thick and rich. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!! (Oh yeah, as always when cooking: the easier the better, but I'll do whatever it takes to get the flavor right!)

Might not be "good" depending on your scale but it sure is easy. Open can of Campbell's Tomato Soup, add can of tap water as per instructions, add a a fist full of dried dill a splash of Worcestershire Sauce and a lot of Crystal hot sauce. Serve with Ritz crackers, Wash down with ice cold Miller Light.
