| So I have a dilemma and I was wondering if anyone had any advice...Here goes.So I just graduated from high school and I made a facebook account to try to keep in touch with people from my school when I go off to college. I added pretty much everyone from my grade and a couple of people who graduated the year before me. After people accepted me as their friend, I went and looked at their profiles. On one girl's profile (we'll call her A) another girl posted a comment that said,"guess whos on facebook! loll im sure i shouldnt be saying this so publicly so im just going to leave it as it is..."She was referring to me when she wrote this because I was the only person she added that day.I was curious as to why she said this because I never really talked to her or was mean to her. So I started looking through A's wall comments. Now, my mom teaches at the high school I just graduated from. As I was going through A's wall posts, I found some extremely nasty comments fromanother girl, C, who graduated the year before I did. All 3 of these girls had taken classes with my mom. They took AP Chemistry togther and A and B took AP Physics this year.Last year, C, was pretty much a **** up to my mom. She helped her clean up her room and file paperwork, etc.On A's wall, C posted very nasty comments about my mom attacking both her personal life and her as a teacher. Needless to say, I was appalled when I read these posts. Since my mom works 2 jobs and has 4 kids, she was criticizing the amount of sleep my mom gets (very little) and the amount of food she eats. She referred to my mom as "crazy" and "intolerable." She made these comments because her younger sister was in my mom's AP Chem class this year and wasn't doing too well. She also talked about writing anonymous nasty letters to the school about my mom. After I read all these posts, I deleted all 3 girls from my friends. I messaged the one girl who posted the "look who's on facebook" comment.I just said, yes you shouldn't say this publicly. I would really like to message C but there is a problem. Her sister who was in my mom's class this past year was friends with my sister. I am concerned that if I call her out on her BS she will call my house or email my sister or something. They might even complain to the school again.I would really like to put this girl in her place. What would you do if you were in my situation? Would you message her or just leave it alone? Thanks for any advice you give. :]

| Sounds like she doesn't like you. Don't worry about it, you probably wont speak to nearly anybody from your high school when you graduate college.

| email her privately and ask her why she added you as a friend if she was going to make such bad comments about you. If they were that nasty ask her to make a public apology on her public posts, or tell her you will report her for harassing you by be defamatory towards your character.

| i think u should go back on face book, print out everythign they said and give it to your mom and let her decide. especially if they are making false accusations against ur mom and then admitting to it, it might be beneficial for the school to step and discuss this with this person. seems very childdish and immature on their behalf to make fun of a teacher. but then again people like that will never grow up or realize thier immaturity.

| I would print out the pages where they are talking bad about you, or especially your Mom, and give them to your Mom...It is important that your Mom is aware of the situation because it sounds like it could affect her job...this way your Mom can show the pages to the Principal so they can take care of it...That's all I would do, it's not worth talking crap to them or confronting them, they are just being little high school girls that aren't grown up...good luck
