what present can we get for our boss whos leaving?

he's 34 and works in digital media, he's a really nice guy and we're doing a collection around the office and will probably get about Â£100 so what should we get him. What is the best thing you ever got for around Â£100????

Something you can keep - not electrical, that'll be out of date in a few years. Go for quality rather than size, and pick something that's both useful and attractive. Don't know him so it's difficult. A good piece of silver or glass will gain value instead of losing it, won't wear out and you could have it engraved. Has he got a hobby? Something relating to that might be good.

a watch in his taste, maybe with an ingraving at the back?!Got my hubby an Emperio Armani watch for â‚¬149,- , so I am guessing there must be a nice watch for Â£100,- .

A crystal tankard or silver pen or anything that you can get engraved and then get it engraved with a personal message and the date of his leaving.Ideally you want a short phrase or joke that he is known for saying all the time.It is a permanent gift with a personal touch. I was once given a silver engraved pen like this and it was the best present I'd ever had.

get a gift certificate in the amount to a restaurant or store you know he loves.and put it with a picture of the whole office staff standing out side where the name of company can be read
