...denying and limiting my access? I am 24 and I had a child at 18. He has lived with his mother from the beginning as we were not together. I have always been active in his life and have always paid for my son. He adores me and I have made sure to be there for any eventshe has (sports, school doctors etc). But, his mom has made up tons of stories and has called the police 4 times and suspended my access 4 times for several weeks a time. Her stories have never been proven and nothing further ever happened. We have been in court for 2 years and because she is the mother and he has lived with her, she gets to call the shots and won't even answer the phone when I call. After $25,000 I can't keep fighting and have no more $$ but that means I give up on my son and can't see him. My lawyer will not work anymore and pretty much will give up the case (jerk). I learned of medical issues she hasn't told me about. My son loves me and I love him. I haven't seen or spoken to my boy in 6 weeks now. Help,what can I do? In Canada?
