what can I do about my co-workers constantly stealing my ink pens?

 What worked for me was to label my pens with my name. I belong to WWF, SPCA and the Sierra Club, all of these groups send me return labels preprinted with my name and adress. Some coworkers feel its silly and petty to label my pens but its frustrating not to have one when I need it. Make monthly contributions to your favorite group and you'll soon get free labels.Good Luck
