What is the best way to prevent drama?

Alot of people use a phrase like "that person is so out of style",
or "he said this" and "she said that"
This is becoming a big problem in a community.
Talking about what everyone is or does.
There must be a limit of how far this can go.
Is there a way to make others see that what they are doing is wrong?

mind your own business and don't pay attention to what other people say. after a while they will shut up
