were you turned down by an intelligent woman who just happened to be a single mom? i'm so sorry to hear it if so, but take it as a hint that you need to get a clue. you are not the only man on earth so you better shape up for the competition of your life. you would not be here without a woman, single or not. so show some respect.

i wish people would defend single mothers the way they're defending him. just goes to show how men really are. thanks for verifying that for us. chauvinist.

I'm the former Legendary SingleMoms Troll. I didn't expect to talk it up with some singlemoms. It's in my blood and I've been drinking some strange concoction of tequila and cola tonight along with a sleeping pill b/c I'm so keyed up after a good night on the town.

I blame this question's nonsensical nature on the fact that you're a single mom.

Maybe "catclawrum" (I assume this is your imaginary friend) was abandoned as a child by his single mother. This would be remarkably like what happened to Voldemort in Harry Potter. If your imaginary friend is magical, I'd watch out. He might start killing other imaginary people and threatening the entire imaginary magical world with his powers.

what is wrong with single mum getting government benefits if its there for them to take it why worry about it this single mum will pay their tax for food, if the government can spend too much money giving aid to other countries bailing out criminals suspected terrorist then why the hell is the problem when the single mum a citizen of the country has to be bombarded with agros when they get benefit. be happy and feel good you're not a single mum.

The prevailing sense is that single mothers get welfare and the rest of us are sick of paying their way. My father-in-law goes off on this topic all the time. My daughters are resentful of their friends who get government benefits. It is a burden.

It is also part of the cultural wisdom that children raised without fathers are more likely, statistically, to be criminals.

I am just repeating what I hear. I, myself, wouldn't have been able to raise my kids without their father.
