In two weeks Me and my Ex.wife will sign agreement doing with the our two kids.She want Joint legal custody and sole physical custody.If I give her sole physical custody,can she move to another state or leave the country with children.I told my lawyer out of revenge she will do that.My lawyer told me I can fight for joint physical custody.There's a chance you might get the same judge who screw you the first time. A judge who gave my wife custody of the kids.The judge admit in court that my wife took the kids to get out of paying child support to the husband.But since the husband don't have custody I'm going to give her custody.Now i get every other weekend and 5 week in the summer.
