 My granddaughter is out of control? My Grandaughter is 16 years old and sneaks out, dresses like a tramp and is generally disrespectful. I have tried hitting her, taking out of school and keeping her locked in her room, but nothing has worked. Does anyone not care about the rules?I didn't serve five years in Vietnam to be disrepected like this.

If you do this it will only make worse & she'll feel like she has a point to prove.the more you let them be, the sooner she'll stop.I know this because I went throuhg this with my mom & aunts,it's like when you say NO! to her you mean OKAY DO IT. With the peer peasure she's getting things couldn't be any worse.When they started allowing me to be I got bored,because I didn't have to prove to anyome that "I'll have it my way or no way at all".So grams let her be she'll get bored sooner than you think.
