i have known this girl for at least 3 years or more. We meet in 6th grade.She is popular at my school but im slighty popular but not as popular as her.I know everyone and im cool with everyone.But she knows everyone outside of school too and i dont.She like bad boys and im not a bad boy im a good student.She is abotu my hieght and she is cute.Sometimes i think i love her.One time she wanted to talk to me but i was digging another female at the time.And she liekd me like to time but she had a boyfreind the second time.Because i heard her freind say "tell him(her bf) that u like kevin" and i know when she is not slick liking her boyfrined because her attire changes. She wear just regular uniforms with her low top Air Force Ones.She usually wears her more nice clothes with a little jacket..and she tries to start little arguements with me in class and she ignores me when i say whats up.OMG I LOVE HER someone help me get her attention before its too late.

i would tell her how you feel or get a note and write ' {heart} you (whatever her name is)' she will feel speical. I no i would. Take a chance and ask her out to a movie or watever, good luck. I think shes playing it cool. I think she likes u but shes just trying to make u want more.Good luck!!! hope u get the girl of ur dreams

Well you cant make a girl like you, but if your honest with her and say, i really like you then maybe she really does like you but is just afraid to admit. But be aware that going out could ruin your friendship if your not carefull. So maybe you could take her somewhere to show her how much you care about her? Well Good luck!
