shorter than her? i am opposing my sister marriage becoz my sister want to marry a guy who is shorter than her ,my sister is 5'11 and the guy she wants to marry is 5'5 , and i dont like the guy'ss family back ground becoz his father was in prison for 2 years on forgery case. i told my sister if she wants to marry a guy u could marry but she have to break all the ties with me and my small sister and you would not get even a pie of the money of the property becoz before dead my father has given me all the power to do so ,if she married i decided to give her donation of her portion of the wealth ,do you think what i am doing is right i know my sister will not live his brother just becoz of that short man what do u do if ur brother and parents says u same thing will u leave them (sorry for my english and gramatical mistakes i am italian

It's ridiculous that you are against her marriage because the guy is shorter than her. If they are in love and he is good to her just leave it alone.

Ok, this sounds like a case of jealousy. It sounds like you don't trust him... But one thing that you have to realize is that his family may have done wrong, but that doesn't mean that he is in the wrong. And you shouldn't force her to break all ties with you and your younger sister, or withhold the money from your father's inheritance. I don't think that this is right, it sounds like to me that you are trying to control her. If he makes her happy, as family, you should stand beside her, tell her you're happy for her, let her know your opinion. And as for the short thing, honey its just like age, it ain't nothing but a number. If she fell in love with him being short well then she has already made her decision to be with him... I'm sure your sister is smarter than what you think, we women usually are. Trust her and her decisions. If it doesn't work out, then it doesn't work out.

The height of the man doesn't make any difference. The important thing is...is he good to your sister? Have you really tried to get to know him? Whatever his father did doesn't matter either. It's all about the MAN & his attitude...and if your sister loves him.

you are so so so wrong.the physical appearance of a person has nothing to do with compatibility and with love. two people can be in love no matter what they are like physically.and you cant hold that man rersponsible ofr things his father did or for things his family did or even thiungs they still do.every person makes their own situation in life and their own decisions. if he is a good man then what his family does or what he looks like doesnt matter. and if he treats your sister good you should be happy for her.she's your sister... show her some love.,stop using the power of the money to control your family. shame on you. give everyone their share and be done with it.,
