Regardless of the abuse you are suffering on a daily basis, no-one should be subjected to that. I suggest that you need to come out of it. If you are afraid, speak to someone who can offer help, maybe a counsellor, and see if both of your can undergo counselling. If the abuser is not willing to change, I would really think that you will need to pluck up the courage to walk away - whether you can bear it or not.

everyones telling you to leave but sometimes it isn't as easy as that, my husband can use his hands is mentally abusive and totally paranoid that I'm cheating even though I've just had a baby and have a two year old and always have one of them, plus hes never in and does what he wants, last week my mum had the kids and there was hell on when i left work as he didn't know where i was going. i have become stronger and have faced up to life without him even though i do love him but i also don't like him for the things hes said and done to me. my advice to my best friend in a similar relationship was get out she did now her life's great. I'm scared as i don't know if I'll find anyone else who can accept me and my children and treat them right and the stuff that comes with the break up like our children and our safety. but there is help your family maybe the police and log everything with them i have just started to do that, so that they know everything if hes does something nasty in the future, he doesn't know i have logged everything, but with doing that a nice lady rang me to say they can help me and be there. ideally the best thing to do is get out its never gonna change, but unless you have experienced it its not that easy, good luck and watch yourself not that any person should have to
