obviously it is tough.tell him you both need to seperate. give a deadline & make sure he understands that he HAS to leave.get in family / friends involved in this.as a last resort, seek legal assistance (cops / court)good luck.

YOU CAN'T thats how!I've known women who lied to police about abuse and had charges drawn up only to lose the home when it found out the woman PURGERED themselves!If you want the person out try moving yourself!

You stop dong things for him. No cooking, washing, ironing, definitely no sex, AND you pack his things in bin-liners when he's out of the house and change the locks. You also get a restraining order against him as he ain't gonna be best pleased.....

you cant. he has a right to reside there. Especially if he has been contributing to the running of the house.You can either try and convince him to leave or leave yourself.
