It's better to have that heart to heart talk with them to let know it's best they approve instead you getting out of hand and sneaking at least you wanna have that open relationship of trust with them now then the worst coming out later.:-)

Let your friends around - and DON'T - whatever you do - let them have a wreck-the-joint party or anything. Make the stuff you do pretty tame. If your parents see that you're having a good time but you're not breaking any rules then you're more likely to be allowed out with them.Do that 5 or 6 times, then ask your parents.Don't throw a tantrum if they say no, remember that you're probably trying to be protected. The winning thing is to sit them straight down and say "Mom, I'm not a baby anymore. I'm trying not to act like one, but you've got to try not to treat me like one. Because at some point I'm going to be at uni and I will be alone. That isn't the point. I will be responsible. I'm a good kid, I don't cut class, smoke, drink or anything like that. If you let me out with my friends I won't change." But do that AFTER like having your friends around. Also, compromise. Try to live up to yourself and be a good kid. It helps you keep your parents trust. This is GREAT in the long run.

try doing more chores around the house and stuff. I know thats sounds weird. It really works though. That's how i got my parents to trust me. Maybe try getting closer to them too, like ask questions about when they were growing up.
