...right 2 force visitations on him If fathers have the right to see their child and take it to court because IT'S IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD then why can't the mothers take the dead beat runaway fathers to court to enforce visitations on them?

Instead we have irresponsible fathers jumping in and out of their childs life when ever it suits or disappearing all together. That certainly can't be in the best interest of the child.

To force a child to be with a parent that doesn't want them is not in the best interest of the child....screw the bastard!!
